The Full Moon Cleansing Ceremony
with Estephanina + Ksandra
Come open your heart, release the past month, and prepare for what's ahead with ceremonial cacao, sound & shamanic energy clearing. This evening ritual is based on Indigenous Mexican shamanic healing traditions, provided by two Indigenous Mexican & American medicine women. In June & December, Estephanina will host solo, with a shamanic drum journey in lieu of singing bowl sound bath and shamanic cleanse. This will be a Spirit Animal Journey, see below for more details.

DRUMMING UP THE SPIRIT — Spirit Animal Shamanic Journey
with Estephanina
This in-person shamanic journey is a guided ceremonial experience to meet your true Spirit Animal — a source of insight, protection, and personal strength. We begin with an opening circle and shared beverages, followed by gentle movement to ground the body, a drumming meditation, guided visualization journey, and time for rest. Optional journaling or group sharing during the integration circle. An Animal Spirit Oracle deck will provide deeper insight into your animal.

Reiki Practitioners - unite! Join hosts Estephanina and Becca, both Usui Master/ Teachers as they lead mindfulness practices, immediately followed by service trades in pairs. There is space for six to ten attendees. This event will take place on the fourth Wednesday of each month.

What to Expect
Each gathering explores the art of fire ritual—both as a communal practice and a tool you can confidently bring into your own home. Together, we’ll engage in a balanced ritual to release what no longer serves and consciously invoke what’s next. Every season aligns with the Medicine Wheel and its corresponding archetypes, offering grounded teachings, embodied practice, and ceremonial integration. Seasonally aligned refreshments will also be served- both drinks and food.

Honoring the ancient wisdom traditions of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Dr Jennifer & Estephanina curate mini retreats each season that allows the body sink deeply into the season on hand, and prepare for the season ahead. Syncing our bodies with the season creates a foundation for health and vitality. These offerings include mini Bodywork sessions, food and drink, and more! Guest collaborators also contribute their gifts for a well- supported experience.

Reiki Certifications
Each selection incudes a certification of completion and a digital handbook. Classes are currently available for one on one mentorship only. Levels I, II, and III are in the Usui lineage and the Womb’s wisdom is in the Hayashi Healing method.
Reiki Level I - 6 hours
Learn the fundamentals of this Japanese healing practice while exploring the body’s energetic systems, the history, benefits, and methods of Reiki healing. You will learn one healing symbol, a Reiki kanji, and self- Reiki methods.
Reiki Level II - 7 hours
In Reiki Level II, you will learn two Reiki kanji symbols, how to perform a full-body session, and a focused session for easing a medical ailment.
Reiki Level III - 16 hours
This Master Level class covers advanced Buddhist and Shinto meditation practices, Reiki techniques, and ancient Tibetan healing symbols. Learn to teach Reiki, perform Healing Attunements and Psychic Surgery. Master how to move energy through your body through various methods.
Hayashi Healing
Immersive workshops cover the widely overlooked Hayashi Healing Guide which offers protocols for utilizing Reiki for an array of medical ailments. These immersive classes are day- long opportunities to learn effective hand position techniques. Each workshop covers an average of seven protocols. *Pre- requisite: a minimum of a Reiki Level I certification.
