From single sessions to fully customized wellness programs, each experience is intentionally crafted to meet your unique needs. With more than twenty healing modalities in our repertoire, opportunities for mentorship in the ways of ancient healers, and monthly and seasonal ceremonies, we help you reconnect with the rhythms of nature through a distinctive blend of ancestral wisdom and modern technique.
Please note: In the State of Missouri, Massage Therapy services must be done by a Licensed Massage Therapist. Energy Medicine practices do not require a Massage Therapy license, because they do not involve hands-on manipulation of soft tissues. They DO require a minimum of certification for services offered.

Trauma-informed touch for stress, pain, medical conditions, performance, body awareness, esthetic, surgery recovery, pre- and post-natal, and chronic pain.

Assisted Stretching by a Certified Personal Trainer
Increase flexibility & mobility, ease tension, and support joint health with full-body stretching sessions led by Artem. These gentle, guided movements create space to release stored stress and trauma—supporting both emotional and physical well-being.
Energy- balancing by Certified Practitioners
Energy Medicine is done through sound or energy-based practices like Reiki or Shamanic healing. Available in one-on- one sessions, ceremonies, or learn how to do this healing work on yourself and others in Reiki classes and Shamanic Healing mentorship programs available onsite.
Our Origin Story
La Unica: The one.
Our name comes from an ancestral vision experienced by our founder during a simple ceremony with fire and Colorado Cypress. That hearthside vision transported her into liminal space. She found herself surrounded by thousands from her lineage. The Spanish-speaking ancestors leaned in and urgently whispered: “Tú eres la Única.” You are the one.
Their message was clear: she was being called to be the one bold enough to face inherited wounds, heal her lineages, and break generational cycles. It was an invitation to return to the old ways of healing—paths she had already begun more than two decades earlier under her first Shamanic mentor. Her life had come full circle, as the vision came during her second shamanic mentorship.
A year-long immersion into the 10,000 year-old Peruvian Shamanic rites, the Munay Ki. This moment sealed what her first teacher had always encouraged - that she, like he, carry forward indigenous teachings: living in harmony with all of creation, moving with the seasons, and remembering that all beings are our kin.
From that point forward it was clear: Anyone willing to learn, she would teach. So moved by the experience, her new business had to be named La Unica—a home for those devoted to holistic healing and deep reverence for traditional practices.
La Unica Wellness was born in 2025.—and just four months later, we were honored with Best in Massage by St. Louis Magazine. Today, we offer education, practical tools, indigenous ceremonies, and hands-on therapies designed to help you heal, grow, and thrive—season by season — using simple, yet highly advanced, ancient and modern technology and knowledge.
Shamanic Trainings & Initiation
Ancient Technology, Modern Application
Shamanism—often known as the path of the medicine man or medicine woman—is one of the oldest spiritual and healing traditions on Earth. Through ritual, ceremony, and energy practices, this work supports deep personal transformation, seasonal alignment, and living in right relationship with nature and all of life.
Estephanina offers two paths for those called to study indigenous healing practices. The Munay Ki Initiatory Path is a year-long, one-on-one immersion rooted in a 10,000-year Quechua lineage from Peru, designed for profound personal development and energetic mastery.
For those beginning their journey, the 12-week Virtual Course - “Sacred Embodiment Experience (S.E.E.)” provides foundational practices such as journeying, drumming, altar work, and energetic clearing, with optional in-person ceremonies and mentorship.
All teachings honor Indigenous lineages and teachers. This training does not include psychedelic facilitation.
